Small Batch Pork is excited to offer non-GMO, no corn or soy-fed Red Wattle/Berkshire hogs for custom whole/half hog orders. Whole/half hog orders help you save money and gets you the cuts you want.

Our pork is a deep red color and has excellent marbling making the meat very flavorful and more digestible.

• Hogs are $4/lb based on hanging weight (est. 210-250lbs)

• Processing costs are separate and will be paid directly to processor

• Processing instructions will need to be provided to Burt's Meats

• Processing will be completed at Burt’s Meats in Eyota, MN

• Product will be USDA-inspected and shrink-wrapped

Payment terms/Reserving your hog

• $250 deposit for whole hog ($150 for half) due to Small Batch Pork to reserve hog by 9/25/26.

• Full payment to Small Batch Pork and Burt’s Meats due at or before product pickup.

• Pickup and delivery of product can be discussed for additional cost.
