Raised on straw in small groups, we take great pride in the care and attention we give to our animals well-being.
Our pigs are fed an improved non-gmo diet without the traditional ethanol bi-products commonly found in large-scale animal rations. This small change in diet reduces the chemical residues in their feed and makes a big difference in the health of our animals and the quality of our pork.

What We Offer
Working closely with our local butchers, our pork products are federally-inspected, vacuum sealed and frozen immediately to ensure preservation and quality of taste. All packages contain the butcher information, date of packaging and the weight.
A wide range of products are available as individual items and mixed-selection packages are available for your convenience.

Our Story
As our interests and growing knowledge of nutrition and crop management evolved, it was a no-brainer that we could create better food for our table right on our farm. The small batch approach has allowed us to not only test the theories of a simpler, improved diet, but proved to yield a more digestible product with great flavor to share with our family and friends.
