Cottage bacon is a great edition to any meal! Made from non-GMO fed hogs, cottage bacon is a shoulder roast that has been smoked and sliced offering flavors of traditional pork belly bacon and ham. Cottage bacons round nature makes it a great sandwich ingredient or cooked to pair with eggs. 
 
Cottage bacon is smoked in all natural, nitrate free brine similar to our all natural bacon, ham and pork chops. Package is approximately 1lb. Product is frozen and vacuum-sealed for freshness.
